This option is initiated by the applicant and can take place at any stage during the process until they report for duty.

  1. Select the Applicable Reason from the drop-down menu.



    Example: The applicant is selected, has confirmed interest, but subsequently rejects the offer advising that he/she meanwhile received another offer of employment.
  2. Enter a comment with specifics of the reason the offer is being rejected.
  3. Click Submit to submit all data changes.
  4. Click OK to confirm that you wish to submit all the changes.

Always inform the applicant that their rejection to the job offer was received before making any changes in Manage Disposition Status, as the applicant’s application history will automatically be updated, and this decision is irrevocable.
