Language Agreement

1. When the Appointment Type is Temporary Language or Temporary Language WAE the Language Agreement options are enabled.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the relevant option from the drop-down menu to indicate which language agreement is the basis for the case being processed:

• AIIC
• AITC

3. Upon selection of a Language Agreement option, the following additional fields are made available for mandatory data entry:

• Professional Domicile / Other City
• Pay Type (options are: Daily or Monthly)
• Rate Type
  • Headquarters if Duty Station is equal to Professional Domicile / Other City
  • World if Duty Station does not equal to Professional Domicile / Other City
• Headquarter (as applicable – specify the location)
