- Click Start to begin Step 5, which will open the Determine Grade and Step page.

- Click on Select Offer Endorser.

- Check all the Endorsers that are applicable and click on Save.

If the Offer Manager also has the role of Offer Endorser and attempts to endorse, the following error message displays, as the same person cannot propose the Grade/Step and endorse it.
Please select a different Offer Endorser. The same person cannot be both Offer Manager (or Offer Facilitator) and Offer Endorser for this case.
