Under the Signatory and Notification Recipients section in Step 1 and Step 7, the Offer Facilitator or Offer Manager has the option to set automated one-time or repeated reminders to the Signatory or Delegated Signatory, when assigned.
These repeated reminders will be sent to the signatory and to the Offer Facilitator or Offer Manager if the signatory has not taken action on any of the submitted online templates within the selected timeframe, i.e., the Activity Status of the Online Template remains as Submitted to Signatory. When a Delegated Signatory has been assigned to a case, only the Delegated Signatory receives these reminders and not the Signatory.
