1. Click on Submit to Signatory.


  2. The pop-up message lists the documents that have been generated and are being submitted to the Signatory. After clicking OK, edits to these documents will no longer be possible. Clicking on OK triggers an automated email notification from the Offer Facilitator or Offer Manager to the Signatory informing that the Offer of Appointment, including all attached documents, are ready for review and sign-off.


  3. The Activity Status of the Offer Letter Document and Financial Disclosure change to Submitted to signatory because these templates require their electronic signature. The Activity Status of the Offer Transmittal Message shows as Pending with signatory since this is approved but not signed by the Signatory.


  4. In case the Signatory returns any template for revisions, the Offer Facilitator or Offer Manager will receive an automated email notification with the comments or reasons provided by the Signatory. Review and make the required revisions, then resubmit the Online Template/s to the Signatory.
