The Medical Certificate, which refers to the Physician Statement, is no longer accepted as this has been replaced by the Employment Medical Review Questionnaire (MS.3 form) for the candidate to complete and submit to medicalclearances@un.org.
Therefore, update the Activity Status for this activity to Not Applicable and click Save.
