Each step includes a section specifying the activities that are common during this stage of an Offer Management case. Offer Management users may add an additional activity at any stage if required.
The default activities for Step 1 are:
- The default activities for Step 1 are Confirm Applicant Interest & PHP Update and Release Request. Recent system enhancements have been introduced in the inspira OM Module which do not apply to both inspira and non-inspira selections. As such, the Activities for Step 1 are processed differently depending on whether the selection was made for:
- Confirm Applicant Interest & PHP Update – For inspira JO selections.
- Confirm Applicant Interest & PHP Update – For non-inspira JO selections
