Please also note that when you accept this offer of appointment by your signature below, you are confirming your understanding of the post-employment restrictions as stipulated in the enclosed ST/SGB/2006/15 on Post-employment restrictions, dated 26 December 2006, wherein Section 2 describes the restrictions on employment after separation of staff involved in the procurement process, and Section 3 explains the sanctions for violation of these restrictions.
