When necessary, the Umoja Position Number entered in Step 2 may be updated in Step 11. This may be relevant in a situation where the position was not yet available when the offer management case was initiated, as it sometimes happens for start-up offices.

Under the Position Details section, the Offer Manager or Offer Facilitator clicks on the look-up icon and selects the new position number from the look-up table. Once done, the Is Position changed? indicator will show a checkmark next to it.


When clicking Save or Submit in Step 11, the newly entered position number will also be reflected in Step 2 and Step 4.
