1. Note that staff with existing internal inspira accounts will already have an index number, which will be automatically pre populated in Offer Management.
  2. If the index number is not automatically pre-populated, click and search for the index number.
  3. Select the relevant Index Number.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Select Completed in the Activity Status drop-down.
  6. Click Submit to submit all data entry and changes.
  7. Click OK to confirm.
