1. If the applicant is not medically cleared and considered Not Fit by DHMOSH or the authorised medical officer, email the applicant to inform them that they were found not to be medically fit and that therefore the offer is being withdrawn.
  2. Update the Activity Status to Not Fit and ensure to attach the email correspondence for proper auditing under the Request Medical Clearance activity in the section on Activities for Step 8.


  1. Click Submit to submit all data entries and changes for this step. The Offer Management Progress Detail page will appear with Step 8: Request Medical Clearance marked as Completed.
  2. Update the Manage Disposition Status in the Offer Management Progress Detail page to Offer Withdrawn and the Applicable Reason as Not Medically Fit. If this is an inspira job opening, updating the Manage Disposition Status to Offer Withdrawn will close the case and the applicant’s application history in inspira is automatically updated. This will allow the selection of another recommended applicant in inspira.
