Offer management users are assigned access to the inspira OM Module according to their delegation of authority (defined as ‘user roles’ in the offer management process).

Offer management users with more than one role, are assigned access roles through their inspira login accounts, and can progress from step to step within offer management without having to log in and out of the module. For example, a user with both Offer Facilitator and Offer Manager roles is able to perform both functions without switching accounts.

The offer management process from initiation to completion of a job offer entails three inspira roles:

  • Offer Facilitator (OF)
  • Offer Manager (OM)
  • Offer Endorser (OE)
