The Communication History button is at the bottom of the page of each step of an offer management case. Users of the inspira OM Module can click on this button to view the automated notifications related to the case that have been generated through inspira .

These notifications will be grouped by step and arranged in chronological order.

  1. Click Communication History.


  2. Use the Step Description drop-down list and click on Load Mails to filter the notifications.


  3. To display all notifications related to the offer management case, select Blank from the drop-down list and click on Load Mails.
  4. Click on any specific notification on the left panel to view its contents.
