Getting Started

The OM Status for Step 9: Request for Reference Checks in the Offer Management Dashboard will display either , which will allow you to initiate the request for reference checks directly from Step 9.

or it will display if reference checks were triggered outside of Offer Management module.

Click Start to begin Step 9: Request for Reference Checks or View to review the status if previously submitted. This will open the Request for Reference Checks page with the Work Experience and Education Details from step 5.

The section following the Work Experience and Education Details depends on the corresponding selection to Create a case and perform Reference Verification:
