Confirm Applicant Interest & PHP Update
For non-inspira selections, the Confirm Applicant Interest & PHP Update Activity Status are updated manually. Contact the selected applicant to confirm that they are still interested in the position and request the applicant to update their PHP within inspira and update the status accordingly.

For non-inspira selections: If the applicant confirms their initial interest, select Confirmed Interest in the Activity Status drop-down menu. If they are no longer interested in the job opening, select Discontinued Interest in the Activity Status drop-down menu.
For non-inspira selections, Completion of the Release Request activity is required for all offer management cases. Unless the Activity Status of Release Request shows as Release Approved or Not Applicable, the step cannot be completed.
Release Request
Where the Onboarding Method is Assignment, Interagency movement, Reassignment or Transfer (E.g. Promotions across Department/Office/Mission), request the release of a candidate manually outside of the Offer Management system, but update the status in this activity step. Alternatively, the release request may be processed in Step 7 where the release request template may be generated.
Be sure to attach all relevant correspondence, release requests, etc., by clicking on Add Attachment and uploading the documents. Also, use the Notes function as required to record important information on the case within Offer Management.
When release of the applicant has been approved, select Release Approved in the Activity Status drop-down menu. If the release is being requested in Step 7 or the selected Onboarding Method does not require it, select Not Applicable.
To ensure an accurate record of the Offer Management timeline, whenever possible, update the Activity Status data field at the actual time that the action is completed. If the release is being requested in Step 7, select Not Applicable.
