While the Note Verbale is not part of the Online Offer, this template will be submitted to the Signatory or Delegated Signatory for approval. Once the Note Verbale is approved, the OF/OM will print the Note Verbale document for physical signature.
The signatory will be able to submit the Online Offer Documents to the candidate irrespective of whether the signatory has approved the Note Verbale. However, Step 7 cannot be completed unless the signatory has approved the Note Verbale.
