Candidate Declines the Offer of Appointment

When a candidate declines the Offer of Appointment, the Activity Status of the Offer Document changes to Rejected by candidate and Step 7 will continue to show as In Progress, but the overall Disposition Status of the case automatically changes to Offer Rejected and the case moves to the Cancelled/Withdrawn/Rejected tab.

1. Check the Manage Disposition Status section of the case to view the Applicable Reason provided by the candidate for declining the Offer.
