- Submit the actual reference check outside of the Offer Management module, if the request has not been previously sent, and then update the Activity Status to Sent.
- Click Save to save your updates.
- As each clearance is received, update the corresponding work experience or educational detail record by a check mark in the Reference Checked column.
- In addition, enter a note to the corresponding work experience or educational detail record by clicking on the Notes icon.
Use the Notes function as required to make file notes within Offer Management. Once a note is entered the Notes icon will display a “green check mark” ( ).
- Attach the supporting document to the case as each reference comes in.
- Click Save.
Update the Activity Status to Provisional if you have confirmed the highest degree.
- Once all the necessary reference checks have been completed, update the Activity Status to Final.
