1. Submit the actual reference check outside of the Offer Management module, if the request has not been previously sent, and then update the Activity Status to Sent.


  2. Click Save to save your updates.


  3. As each clearance is received, update the corresponding work experience or educational detail record by a check mark in the Reference Checked column.


  4. In addition, enter a note to the corresponding work experience or educational detail record by clicking on the Notes icon.


Use the Notes function as required to make file notes within Offer Management. Once a note is entered the Notes icon will display a “green check mark” ( ).

  1. Attach the supporting document to the case as each reference comes in.
  2. Click Save.


Update the Activity Status to Provisional if you have confirmed the highest degree.

  1. Once all the necessary reference checks have been completed, update the Activity Status to Final.
