Based on the entries made in the earlier steps, the inspira OM module will produce several key documents, including the offer, summarizing the salary and applicable entitlements, which the HR Partner sends to the candidate.


The accuracy of the offer and related documents, e.g., financial disclosure, waiver form and, when applicable, the release request generated in Step 7 will depend on the entries made in the earlier steps. In case an error in the document generated in Step 7 occurs, the HR Partner may need to make corrections in Steps 1 to 6.
