Manage Disposition Status (Rejected/ Withdrawn/ Cancelled)

Purpose:

• To enable the user to record the overall status of an Offer Management case that will NOT be successfully completed. This action is irrevocable and therefore much caution needs to be taken as these transactions close the Offer Management case and subsequently concludes further processing of the selected candidate.
• To enable user to reopen a previously closed offer management case and resume processing it.
  

Role: Offer Facilitator for Staff Movements / Offer Manager for Recruitment Processes / Offer Endorser (where applicable)

These functional commands are carried out in the Manage Disposition Status box located at the bottom of the Offer Management Progress Detail page of the case.

Select the relevant Manage Disposition Status. The Applicable Reason will be different for each Disposition Status.

• Offer Rejected
• Offer Withdrawn
• Offer Cancelled
• Reopen Case
