- Click Generate to create the draft offer document in MS Word.
- Click the Attachment link.
- Open the document.
- Review and complete the document.
- Print the document for the Signatory’s signature.
- Update the Activity Status accordingly:
Expand each option for a description:
- Pending
Initial status as the offer confirmation needs to be generated.
- Sent
When the offer confirmation has been sent to the applicant. (Attach the offer and email the applicant prior to changing the status).
- Provisionally Confirmed
When the highest degree has been successfully received yet other references may still be pending.
- Fully confirmed
When all successful reference checks have been received.
