1. Click Generate to create the draft offer document in MS Word.


  2. Click the Attachment link.


  3. Open the document.


  4. Review and complete the document.


  5. Print the document for the Signatory’s signature.
  6. Update the Activity Status accordingly:

Expand each option for a description:

Pending

Initial status as the offer confirmation needs to be generated.

Sent

When the offer confirmation has been sent to the applicant. (Attach the offer and email the applicant prior to changing the status).

Provisionally Confirmed

When the highest degree has been successfully received yet other references may still be pending.

Fully confirmed

When all successful reference checks have been received.
