1. Select the Letter Code corresponding to the Appointment/Contract Details from the drop-down list.
  2. Click on Generate.
  3. Click on Online Template.


  4. In the Offer Letter Document template, scroll down and review the document.
  5. Print, Edit or Save the document. Click on Edit to make changes to the template.


    A comment may be added to the Comment box at the bottom of the screen. These comments are for internal use and only visible to the relevant Business Unit.


  6. Once the review of the document is completed, click on Save.
  7. Click on Return to Previous Page at the bottom of the screen.





    The Activity Status changes to In progress with OM/OF only if the template was edited. If no edits were made to the template, the Activity Status remains as Template generated.
