Note Verbale

This template should be submitted to the Signatory for approval. Once approved by the Signatory, the Note Verbale will need to be printed and processed as done in the past. The Signatory can submit the Online Offer Documents to the candidate irrespective of whether the Note Verbale has been approved. However, Step 7 cannot be completed unless the Signatory has approved the Note Verbale.

The step is considered completed once the Activity Status changes to Approved by signatory.

1. Click on Generate.
2. Click on the Online Template.
   
   
   
   
3. Review the document as earlier described under Offer Transmittal Message.
