Generate Product Sheet

To generate a product sheet, which is made to compose a simple sheet with info that is fetched from static fields of a product, you first need to make a “static/dynamic templateproduct”. This will be used as the product sheet.
The example shows a product sheet made to fetch “Template name” + “Description” + External Item number” + “Stock location“.

Create a template that ou want to be used as a product sheet.
In “Files for template” you upload your PDF with the size and design you want.

This will give us this result:

When the product sheet template is finished, we have to tell the system which template to use.
Go to Admin – Other Settings – Global Settings and choose the tab “Document Bindings”.
Search for your product sheet and click it.

Now, find the template you want to make the product
sheet from and click “Generate product Sheet“ …

… and the PDF will be generated.
