New functionality
• When using global.css in the global filelibrary this is now referenced with a parameter so that it should only be cached based on the lastmodified-date for the file.
• When using custom.css and customR.css in the skin-folders this is also now referenced with a parameter so that it should not be cached based on the lastmodified-date for the file.
Changes
• Multiple placement of same fields are now sorted in the order it is added (both in administration and when physically placed on the template). Relevant for fields that are using $overflow
Bugfix
• Floating variables/fields after text that are vertically aligned bottom or middle is now working properly.
