One user, typically a Super User or System Administrator inputs their credentials into the configuration page of the Applicant Tracking Solution file and this allows for connection to our licensing server to validate your ATS user licenses. If the Super User or System Administrator happens to change their CRM password they also need to update their password in our configuration page.
Typical issues you will encounter if this password isn’t kept up to date:
- Cannot see the resume field
- Cannot see job description field
- Cannot see the drag & drop resume parsing box
- Record saving issues stating you do not have a valid license when attempting to make saves to Candidates, Jobs, Applications, & Placements
