To create an Application from a Placement Kanban Card, you must first choose this type of view

Locate the candidate’s card where you want to create an application and press the three-dots icon. Select the ‘Application’ option in the dropdown menu.

Select the Job, Project, or Opportunity, and press ‘Add.’
