Screening questions can be added to a web form to help filter applicants effectively. To add them, go to Projects, Opportunities,or Jobs and select the job you want to share.
There, select the Publish tab.
There, select the Web Form and then press the Screening Button.
A pop-up will show up. From the first dropdown menu, you can choose the screening question template.
Press Yes to accept and override the existing screening questions in order to customize them for this job.
The screening questions will be displayed. From there, you can add new questions, edit existing ones, or adjust the minimum percentage of correct answers required for the job application.
When you finish, press Save and Publish.
