If you want to change the Sender Mail Account of your automatic outbound emails, you must go to ‘ATS Settings’ in the sidebar and click ‘Outbound Accounts.’
Then press the plus icon (+) to add a new email address. Add your host (for example smtp.office365.com or smtp.gmail.com) and choose email and email password. Finally, press ‘Save.’
When you go back to the Applicant Email Template section, you will see this new email address in the dropdown and will be able to select it.

If an account is deactivated, password changes/expires or usage fails in any other manner that prevents the sending of emails, emails will then be sent from notifications@dynamicsats.com. Note: Please turn off Multi-Factor Authentication for the outbound account to work.

Warning: Using any mail server hosted on Microsoft Azure will prevent emails from being sent to external email accounts. This includes but is not limited to smtp.office365.com
