Dynamics ATS tracks all candidate-related activities, including emails, appointments, booking alerts, campaign activity, case resolutions, conversations, customer voice alerts, faxes, interviews, letters, LinkedIn InMails, messages, phone calls, recruitment appointments, submissions, tasks, and more. These activities can be easily filtered by type and time for quick access. To find them, go to ‘Candidates’ in the sidebar and press in the candidate’s row.

Press the three dots and select ‘Activities’ in the dropdown menu.

There, you can filter activities by date and type using the respective dropdown menus
