7.1. Create a New Pool

To create a New Pool, select Pool on the sidebar.

Then name the pool, determine if you want to keep it private or share it with your team, and choose the owner.

Then, press Save.

If you’re looking for a specific candidate, click the* + icon*, then choose their name from the list. Once selected, their name will be attached.
To finish, select the Add button.

Then, press Save.
