By default, Microsoft’s settings only automatically track incoming emails in the Inbox. Incoming emails will be tracked by Dynamics ATS based on the user’s personal settings.

The system doesn’t automatically track outgoing sent. To activate this function, you need to add Dynamics 365 App to Outlook Widget.

You also have the option to change a global setting to track outgoing emails. To do this, you need to consult with your global admin to proceed with the necessary steps.
