3.2.8. Share an Opportunity on Seek

To share an opportunity on Seek from Dynamics ATS, go to Jobs or Opportunities in the sidebar and select the job by clicking its row.

There, select the ‘Publish’ tab and press the ‘Seek Job Posting.’

A pop-up will appear. If your organization has more than one Seek Hirer Organization ID, select the one where you want to publish the job posting in the dropdown menu.

Then, select the desired branding for your job posting from the next dropdown menu.

There, complete the mandatory fields in the form.

In the ‘Additional Data’ section, provide extra information about the job application by selecting the appropriate options from the dropdown menus.

You can also configure the job expiration period. By default, the maximum expiration period is 30 days, but you can select an expiration date within this limit.

You’ll notice that ‘Enable SEEK Apply’ is pre-selected. This means that when a candidate applies to a job on SEEK, they’ll go through SEEK’s native application process. In other words, the candidate submits their application directly on SEEK, and their details are automatically sent to Dynamics ATS via SEEK’s API.

*Coming soon, you will be able to uncheck this box, so you will redirect the candidate to the Dynamics ATS job details page, where they can choose how they want to apply (upload a resume, use LinkedIn, etc.).

Finally, select your posting type: Basic, Branded, or Premium.

*If you select ‘Branded’ or ‘Premium’, you can also add three Key Selling Points or three attractive points of your opportunity.

Then, press the ‘Preview Job Ad’ button. You will then be able to preview your job posting.

Finally, press ‘Publish Job.’
