To create a Job Description with AI you need to follow the first steps to create a new position, fill in the Job Title field (obligatory), and add the information that you believe necessary to the position (like location, or workplace type, years of experience necessary, etc.) Then you need to click on the sparkles icon.

In a few seconds, you will see a Job Description for the Role. Then, press Keep it and select Replace.

You can also revise details with AI. Simply, click on the spark icon again and add a prompt. Finally, press the Revise button.

Check if everything is ok. Then, press Keep it and select Replace.

If you don’t like the changes, you can go back to the previous version by clicking on Start Over.

Finally, press Save.
