To create a Job Description with AI you need to follow the first steps to create a new position, fill in the Job Title field (obligatory), and add the information that you believe necessary to the position (like location, or workplace type, years of experience necessary, etc.) Then you need to click on the sparkles icon and confirm by pressing ‘OK.’

In a few seconds, you will see a Job Description for the Role. You can change the text, add, or remove information, highlight some points, etc. When you finish, click on ‘Save.’
