You can choose which application methods to enable in the Candidate Portal: Apply with a Document or Apply with a Form.

To do this, go to Candidate Portals in the sidebar and select Settings.

Scroll down to the Application Methods section. There, click the selection field to choose whether candidates can apply using a document or a web form in the Candidate Portal.

There, press Save Changes and Publish.

If you select Apply with a Document, candidates applying for a job in the portal will see this screen.

But if you select Apply with a webform, they will see a screen like this:
