You can choose which application methods to enable in the Candidate Portal: ‘Apply with a Document’ or ‘Apply with a Form.’
To do this, go to ‘Candidate Portals’ in the sidebar and select ‘Settings.’
Scroll down to the ‘Application Methods’ section. There, click the selection field to choose whether candidates can apply using a document or a web form in the Candidate Portal.
There, press ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’
If you select ‘Apply with a Document,’ candidates applying for a job in the portal will see this screen.
But if you select ‘Apply with a webform, they will see a screen like this:
