7.2.1. Automatically add web form applicants to a pool

When sharing a job or opportunity and allowing applicants to apply through a web form, you can choose to automatically send them to a pool.

To begin, navigate to Pools in the sidebar and click on the pool where you want to attach applicants from the web form.

Go to the Web Forms section and click the search bar. From there, you can select the web forms to automatically associate applicants with that pool. You can select one or more web forms.

When a candidate fills out that web form, their profile will be automatically associated with this pool.
