14.2.13.8. Enable Auto Applicant Evaluation

With Dynamics ATS, you can instantly view a candidate’s fit for a job based on scoring.

*To access the Candidate Scoring feature, either the LLM integration must be enabled in your environment, or the feature must be activated for your account through our internal licensing portal.

To enable it, go to ATS Settings in the sidebar and select Behavior. Scroll down and mark the Enable Auto Applicant Evaluation.

Then, scroll down to the Job Match Score Weightage section.
Here, you can configure how much weight each factor contributes to the overall candidate score. The score is based on three key components: Skills, Work Experience, and Screening Questions.

Adjust the weightages according to your company’s criteria, and click Save.

Once saved, these settings will automatically apply to all new jobs created moving forward.

*The total weight must equal exactly 100 (or 99.99). If not, the system will prevent you from saving the changes.

To allow users to edit the weightage at the job level, check this box and click Save.

They will find it displayed like this on the job screen.
