To create a new candidate in Dynamics ATS from a browser, you need to download and activate the Dynamics ATS Extension *available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Then when you do that, you must log in to your platform account, open the page of some person, and click on the ATS Extension.
You will see that is not activated. To do it, click on the configuration icon.
You need to complete the following steps:
- Enter the CRM URL, which refers to your Dynamics ATS URL.
- Provide your CRM username.
- Enter your password for Dynamics ATS.
- Press the check icon to activate the connection.
Once the data is validated, refresh the cache.
Then, return to the webpage, refresh the page, and you’re done!
