As a Dynamics ATS user, you can send a message to a Candidate Portal User with a contact file directly from the CRM by using the tag [CP]

To do this, go to ‘Candidates’ and select the candidate’s name.

Then, go to the ‘Contact’ tab, press the plus icon, and click ‘Notes.’

You’ll find a note box in the Timeline section where you can write your message. To send it to the candidate portal, it is necessary to add the tag [CP] , and then press the attachment icon.

Select the file, and click ‘Add note and close.’

The user will see a notification on their Candidate Portal page.

If they click on the notification, they will be redirected to the file location, where they can edit or remove it.
