14.2.8.1. Modern Authentication

Navigate to ATS Settings on the sidebar and scroll down to the Service Credentials section. Then click Activate Modern Authentication.

Scroll down to Manage users and press the plus icon (+).

Create an admin account and click Add.

*If you are out of licenses, let us know, and we will add you a free license for this account.

Finally, you need to configure the security roles. To do it, press the configuration icon and select Advanced Settings.

Then select Settings, click Security, and choose Users. You will find a list of all configured ATS users. Mark the checkbox to select one of them and click Manage Roles.

Select Dynamics ATS, marking the checkbox. Find DCRS Admin, DCRS Recruiter, and System Administrator.

Finally, click OK to save.
