With Dynamics ATS, you can customize how job entities are displayed (selecting opportunities or projects). To do this, go to ATS Settings in the sidebar and press Behavior.

There, scroll down to Default Entity on Job Lookup. There, select Opportunities or Projects in the dropdown menu.

Finally, press Save.
