First, navigate to the Finance and Operations Environment. In the sidebar, select Human Resources, then click on All Positions.

At the top of the screen, click New.

In the Personnel Action Type dropdown, select ‘Global position creation without.’

Below, in the Reason Code dropdown menu, click on ‘New Position’.

Then, press the ‘Continue’ button.

In the Position Action section, fill in the position details, including Department, Title, Job Name, and Position Type.

Then, click Save.

Next, go to the complete tab.

Then, return to the list to verify that the new position has been created.

Select the position, then go to the ‘Changes Timeline’ and choose ‘Manage Changes’ from the dropdown menu.

There, select My View.

In the Approved for Recruiting field, select Yes, then click Save.

Now, go to Dynamics ATS. Under the Job section, you will see the newly created position.

Click on the row to open it.

From the Applications tab, create a new application.

Then, select the application to create a placement.

Select the start date to create the placement. Once the placement is created, set the Onboarding status from the dropdown menu.

Click Save.

Finally, return to Finance and Operations, where the information will be synchronized.

To view the employee information, go to Human Resources, and click on Personnel Management.

There, scroll down to find the employee’s details. Press the ‘Hire’ button to see it.
