14.2.4.5. Attach an Applicant to a Pool from a Web Form

When creating a web form, you can choose to attach applicants who complete it to a pool automatically.

To start, go to ‘Settings’ in the sidebar and select ‘Web forms.’ You can add a new web form by pressing plus (+) or edit a previously created web form. In this case, we are going to select the ‘Attach Required.’

Scroll down to the ‘Associate Pool to the Form’ section and click the search bar. From there, you can select one or more pools to automatically attach applicants who complete the web form.

Then, press ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’
