14.2.3.4.2. Automated email to the applicant

You can set up an automatic notification to inform the candidate when their data has been processed in Dynamic ATS.

To do that, go to ‘Job Portals’ on the sidebar and press ‘Applicant Email Template’ in the integration section.

There, mark the ‘Enable to Send To Candidate’ checkbox.

Below, you can select the sender email, enter the sender display name, and subject. In the text box enter the text of your email.

*If you want to add a Placeholder, scroll up to the ‘Data Placeholders’ and select the available field in the dropdown. You will see the value to copy in the field below.

Finally, press ‘Publish.’
