Dynamics ATS allows you to request candidates to update their information by filling out a form. To request this update by email, you need to havepreviously created a form on the platform.
Once you configure it, navigate to Candidates on the sidebar, open the list, and locate the candidates you want to send a message to. Then, click on their checkbox to select it and choose ATS Mail.
In the pick list, select the candidate update request form.
How to customize an update candidate information form?
The information will appear in the body of the email, and you can send it.
The candidate will receive an email with a link to a form like this one.
If the Update Candidate form has associated screening questions, the candidate will see them on a second page.
How to add a screening question template to an updater form?
When the candidate completes the webform, you will find the updated information and their responses to the screening questions in the Applications section.
