3.2.5. Share an Open Position on Social Media

You can publish your opportunities on social media. To do this, navigate to ‘Opportunities’ on the sidebar, select the opportunity you want to share, and then go to ‘Publish’.

*IMPORTANT: The job/opportunity will need to be saved first before it can be published.

Then you must click on the ‘URL Builder’ button.

Select the platform that you want to publish the opportunity. Select ‘Job’ in the URL picklist and the social media that you want to share the opportunity in the ‘Campaign Source.’

After creating the post’s text and shortening the URL, simply click the ‘Share’ button to post it on the portal. A new window will appear with the text and the link.

Select ‘Post’ to finish.
