Dynamics ATS recommends candidates who are suitable for the opportunities created. To find them, navigate to ‘Opportunities’ and select ‘LinkedIn Matches.’ You will then see profiles that potentially match the opportunity.

If you believe a profile is compatible, click the ‘Save Job’ button to apply for the candidate.
