By default, Microsoft’s settings only automatically track incoming emails in the Inbox. The system doesn’t automatically track outgoing sent. To activate this function, you need to add the Dynamics 365 App to the Outlook Widget.
To begin, add the Dynamics 365 App for the Outlook User Security Role.
To do this, press the configuration icon and select Advanced Settings.
Then select Settings, click Security, and choose Users. You will find a list of all configured ATS users. Mark the checkbox to select one of them and click Manage Roles.
Find Dynamics 365 App for Outlook User and mark the checkbox.
Then go to Settings and select Email Configuration.
Enter in Mailbox. If the mailbox is not already set up, you can enable it by followingthese steps.
Next, go to Settings and select Dynamics 365 App f...
Select the checkbox to automatically add an app for all eligible users. Also, you can use the search bar to look for a user and select it.
