You can configure an automatic notification in the candidate, application, or job timeline to alert you when a candidate applies through a web form, like this:

To do so, go to Webforms in the sidebar and select Timeline Note Template.

Then, select the webform to set up the automated notifications in the dropdown menu.

Below, you can mark if you want to add an automated note (Candidate, Application, or Job Timeline)

You can also choose to include links to attachments, form data, and/or the application in the note by simply selecting the corresponding checkboxes.

Finally, you can add a customized message in your notes by putting it in the text box.

When you finish, press ‘Save Changes’ and ‘Publish.’

To view the note in the candidate’s timeline, go to Candidates in the sidebar and click on the candidate’s row. Then, open the Contact tab. The note will appear at the bottom of the screen.

To find the note in the application’s timeline, go to Timeline in the sidebar and click on the candidate’s row. Then, open the ‘Post, Activities, Notes & Documents.’

Finally, to view the notification in the job’s timeline, go to Job or Project in the sidebar. There, select the job. You will see the applicants. Click on one of them, and there select the tab ‘Post, Activities, Notes & Documents.’
