You can customize where the toolbar appears when sharing an opportunity from Dynamics ATS on your Job Portal.

To do this, go to Job Portal in the sidebar and select Properties. Open the Toolbar Location dropdown menu and select the location.

Then, press Publish.

You will find the changes in the sharing opportunities screen.
